Essay 1-02b: KGU's good point

I introduce my university today. We have a lot of good places to visit. I introduce five things this time.

First, I think exchange students will need to know is we can use gym. There have many machines. We can get oneself into shape. also, We don't have to pay money. That's a great! We need to pay money if we use sports club. And they have some scales which can see MBI and so on. They have a valance ball, valance step and skipping. you can also use them. Please feel free to go there and enjoy!

My part-time job is work in gym. I tell the members of HOLIDAY SPORT CLUB how to use machines, and teach exercise at the center of them. There have a lot of machines there, but KGU's gym has a lot of machines. So you can exercise like in gym. And they have balance ball and balance machine. So you can play with your friends, you can enjoy it!

Next, we have a large library. They have a few English language newspapers.
Also we have many books and we can watch DVD. There is so silent, so we can study  silently and can study hard. I often go there when I have much time. They have a lot of CDs and books and newspapers. So you can find that you want. Please go on there.

Third, we have a school restaurant　which cooks delicious dishes. They offer rice, noodle, and so on. Many kinds of food are there. My favorite dish is bibinnba. It is so good. I love it very much. And their costs is low. It can help us. Many student, friends are there, so you can enjoy having a lunch. You never feel sad. And they have a lot of vending machines. If you thirsty, you can buy a drink soon.

Fourth is bakery. We have a bakery in twelfth building. Their bread which baked in there is so good. All things are very delicious. And we can eat in and eat out. If many people is in there, I suggest eat out and eat it in another place. You can use many classes which is not used. Please use them. First, you may be hesitate, but I think you can enjoy and be satisfied if you go. Please let's.

Last is convenience store. We have a LAWSON which is convenience store. We feel hungry and thirsty, you can buy anything what you want whenever. We often buy bread, chicken at there. Its taste is so good! And we can buy sweets. It is a good point. But.. be careful your health.  and you enjoy shopping there. I think you can find you want to eat.

Food/eating habits

I like eating. I especially like fruits. I　like cherry the best of all fruits. But I also like peach, orange, grape, mango, papaya and so on. I like tropical fruits and food, but there are not in Japan a lot. It is a little disappointed point. I want to eat more tropical foods in Japan. I don7t like fish, but I like tuna. It is only one I can eat without hatred. So, I want to eat fish easily.

Golden week plan

My Golden Week plan is nothing. I have to do my part-time job because my boss said me to work hard this golden Week. So I must do it. But, I'm going to visit my grandparents in Ashikita. I am looking forward to see them. They live in very beautiful place so I can relax in there. But, I really want to play with my friends, boy friend and so on!

BR 1-6: Aesop's Fables

No one knows much about Aesop either. (p.4)

   This story is major for us.  this Aesop's Fables are tell us moral. In this book, the first is The tortoise and the hare. This story is very famous in Japan. We were told when we were lazy by parents, They said, "you will be Aesop's rabbit."This story's proverb is "Slow but sure can win the race"
   In this book, 8 stories are there. I introduce a stories of there. The ant and the dove is an ant had slipped into the water, and a dove help him. So, an ant help the dove when he is in a pinch. This story's moral is "One good turn deserves another." I think to be kind people is very important and I would like to help my friends and others if they are in trouble.
  See if you can guess the moral before the story ends. Please try to read it!

BR 1-5: The Little Mermaid

   I choose this book because I like princess so much. This story's princess, little mermaid is the best princess I love. I first met this story in Japanese was when I was a kindergarten. I can't under stand "love" but I thought this story is miserable and beautiful. This "The Little Mermaid" is different from each book. Some stories are in the world. This story, is the most miserable story I have ever seen. princess lost everything, and the little mermaid princess disappeared into the waves without known by anyone. I felt very sad to die alone and was not known by my lovers. If I were her, I wonder I choice to be a human girl paying the price. So, I think she was a brave girl.

BR 1-04 ： Romeo & Juliet

" It's you I love. If only you weren't a Montague!"　( p, 18)
 
 I choose this book because I like Shakespeare. This book, "Romeo & Juliet" is the best book of Shakespeare's I love. This story is a tragic love romance. I am very impressed and thought Romeo and Juliet are so miserable. I am really moved to tears. Juliet' family, Capulet and Romeo's family were fighting for a long time. They were sworn enemies. They were Verona's richest families.
  One day, Romeo fell in love with Juliet at first sight at a party. And Juliet also gradually fall in love with Romeo. But Juliet had said by her father that she must marry Count Paris. But they were married secretly with help by a monk
  Another day, Romeo killed Juliet' cousin, so he couldn't back to Verona. Juliet and Romeo felt so sad. Juliet visit a monk to help them. The monk proposed her to be a state of suspended animation. He gave a poison to her. She had been a state of suspended, but Romeo thought she dead. So, he sad and sad.. and died. Juliet awoke and knew his die, so she also killed herself.
  Since then, Montague and Capulet never fight there death.
  If I were Juliet, I think I do like Juliet. If my lover is dead, I think I would to die. So I sympathized with Juliet. I never forget this splendid story.

BR 1-03 : The Frog prince

"I won't marry him, Daddy," she said.

I choose this book because I like princess. This story is about princess and frog's. Do you know this story? This story is very major. It was written by The Brothers Grimm. This princess was indulged among sisters most childishly and was brought up and said selfishness "I do not want to marry". One day, she was helped by a frog in her palace pond. Then, she promised with the frog that she will let it live in her palace and eat from her plate, drink from her glass, and sleep on her silken pillow. But the princess hate the frog so she is going to break a promise. I think that it is bad to break a promise. Finally, she becomes a considerate girl. I really felt relieved that she became obedient. I think being obedient is important from this story. It was a romantic story.
